Field Pickering

Field Pickering brings over two decades of global experience spanning venture capital, impact investing, digital assets, and alternative markets. Based in Singapore, he currently serves as Managing Partner of Conduit Private & Digital Markets Group, where he leads initiatives in venture secondaries, tokenization, and private markets innovation across Asia. His work focuses on bridging traditional alternative investments with blockchain-enabled financial products, expanding institutional access to global opportunities.

Field also sits on the Board of Directors of Patamar Capital, supporting the firm’s mission to unlock better economic opportunities for low-income communities across South and Southeast Asia. In addition, he serves as Board Member of KAIO, a next-generation platform pioneering tokenized access to alternative asset funds, and previously led strategic oversight for Hiip, Southeast Asia’s leading influencer marketing platform.

Prior to his current roles, Field was Managing Partner for Venture, Impact & Alternatives Investing at Vulpes Ventures, where he built and managed portfolios across Southeast Asia and Australasia, driving impact-driven growth in early-stage enterprises. He also founded and managed Seed Myanmar Ventures, one of the first local venture funds focused on inclusive growth and entrepreneurship in Myanmar. Earlier in his career, he held senior legal and strategy roles at Cool Planet Energy Systems, Red Box Energy Services, and BW Ventures, following his early career as an M&A attorney and private wealth associate in the U.S.

Field holds a B.A. in History and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, with further studies at the University of Buenos Aires. Fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to financial inclusion, Field’s work continues to bridge innovation, capital, and impact across emerging markets.
