Lau Dongneng

Lau Dongneng brings over two decades of multifaceted experience across venture capital, fund administration, and corporate advisory in Asia. Based in Singapore, he currently serves as Managing Director of Prestige Venture & Fund Services, where he leads initiatives spanning venture capital services, mergers and acquisitions, and startup advisory. His work focuses on delivering strategic and fiduciary excellence for emerging funds and high-growth enterprises, bridging financial rigor with entrepreneurial innovation.

In addition to his leadership at Prestige Venture & Fund Services, Lau also serves as Chief Financial Officer of MyPetGo, driving financial strategy and capital stewardship for one of Singapore’s growing pet technology ventures. He is an Advisor to she1K, supporting female-led investment initiatives and helping to scale early-stage startups across the region.

Lau is also the Managing Director of Prestige Fiduciary Pte Ltd, where he has spent over a decade overseeing fund administration, regulatory compliance, and cross-border structuring for private clients and institutional partners. Earlier in his career, he founded and continues to lead Vodich Management Services Pte Ltd, providing bespoke management consulting and corporate advisory services to international businesses operating in Southeast Asia.
