Prior to joining Patamar Capital, Sandra was the Chief of Development at Koperasi KASIH Indonesia (KKI), a social business that empowers Indonesia’s poor to exit poverty through microfinance services and motivation-mindset training. As part of the Leadership Team, she led KKI’s key initiatives by conducting deep-dive analysis and active problem solving through various product as well as process implementation and improvement projects. Prior to KKI, she was one of the Directors and founding members of ChapterW, Singapore-based award winning social enterprise that trains rural women to become solar light entrepreneurs. In 2016, she was selected as one of the eight social entrepreneurs from Indonesia to participate in Jolkona Catalyst, an intensive 3-week accelerator held in Seattle, USA.

Sandra graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in Economics & Finance from Singapore Management University. She has working experience as Customer Valuations analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Market Risk analyst at Louis Dreyfus Commodities before deciding to work in development sector.
